A: Australia wide – we have auditors placed locally in as many major cities and regions as possible to minimise any travel costs for the client

Worldwide – we service clients in 20+ countries outside Australia

Q: What types of organisations do you certify?

A: QMS can provide services to any organisation in any industry, having a very broad range of auditor experience to draw from. We service clients from as small as 1 person up to large publicly listed multinational corporations.

Q: Can an organisations have the same auditor each year?

A: Yes, our first priority is for the client to keep the same auditor each year and the auditor is responsible for scheduling the audits directly with the client. This allows easier scheduling and a better relationship for the client.

Q: Do you monitor and schedule recurring audits?

A: Our internal processes and automated intranet allows us to proactively monitor and manage all client audit schedules. Auditors are provided with updated audit schedules monthly to allow forward planning of audit activities.

Q: Are there any other points you’d like to make?

A: QMS provides a modern and client-focussed approach to certification. We make the process as simple and pain-free as possible for our clients and focus on adding value to the auditing process.

Our clients do not pay application fees, annual fees, additional certificate fees, certificate change fees, or mandatory local travel costs. Our pricing is transparent and simple to understand, with no hidden surprises.
